Espresso Rescue makes it possible for our Clients to serve a superior product. Our ultimate goal, realized through personalized services and emergency repairs, is to maximize the Client’s profitability and extract the absolute best their equipment and product can offer.

Our Commitment: Traditional Equipment
The equipment needed to make specialty coffee divides into two categories: traditional machines and super-automatic machines. Traditional or “automatic/semi-automatic” machines have changed only slightly over the years and are appreciated as time-honored, beautifully-made pieces of machinery. Manufactured primarily in Italy, their engineering and operation are somewhat complex and require handling by an experienced user in order to produce an excellent cup of coffee. With these machines, grinding the coffee is a separate step.
Espresso Rescue provides the tools and accessories to keep these machines running as intended, and the education new users need to maximize the machines’ considerable ability to create an excellent product. It is essential that our Clients are able to serve a smooth and consistent drink to their customers. We help our Clients understand how to train their staff correctly and keep their machines running dependably. We maximize our Clients’ ability to succeed through the use and proper maintenance of quality equipment and well-trained staff.
Our Commitment: Super-Automatic Equipment
Super-automatic machines, a comparatively new product, work quite differently than their predecessors. The user is merely required to foam the milk as the machine performs the grinding, dosing, tamping and shot extraction. The newest super-automatics on the market simply require the user to select the drink specifications from the digital menu and produces the entire drink in seconds. The training and experience we have with these machines distinguish us from our competitors.
For super-automatic equipment, Espresso Rescue provides over-the-phone troubleshooting and cost-effective services. We help our Clients understand the necessity of preventative maintenances and the investment required to keep their equipment running at its best.

Your Services and Repairs
Each service performed by Espresso Rescue includes an overall evaluation of the machine and other equipment influencing the product. Immediate recommendations are written on the invoice. Six months after the service has been rendered, Espresso Rescue will contact the Client to ask for involvement in Espresso Rescue’s Preventative Maintenance Program. This program ensures longevity of the equipment and minimizes down-time. It is an important factor in maximizing the lifespan of the Client’s equipment. Any recommendation or request is solely with the intention of increasing the Client’s profitability and quality of product.

Documenting Your Services
Espresso Rescue will maintain data necessary to provide Performance Reports.  We will share this information with the Client either upon request or during scheduled intervals to analyze overall performance of their equipment. Performance Reports will identify positive or negative variances to the regularity of scheduled maintenance.
